St. Louis Bandits: (15-1-1, 31 Points)
Springfield Jr. Blues: (4-10-3, 11 Points)
Gametime: 7:30 p.m. Central Time, Nelson Center (Springfield, Illinois)
Last night the league-leading St. Louis Bandits took care of the Springfield Jr. Blues on there home ice by the score of 3-2--tonight, it's round two in Springfield at the Nelson Center. The Junior Blues got goals from the likes of Derek Kimbro and Nick Curry but all-in-all it wasn't enough for the win once again. This was the fourth time this season that the Bandits defeated the Jr. Blues by one goal. The team has been competetive all season long and has been in just about every single game but has yet to find a magic combination that can add up the W's for this team. The Bandits got there winning goal late in the third period on a short-handed score by Brendan Sheehan with less than three minutes remaining. Tonight's game will begin at 7:30 p.m. Central Time at the Nelson Center. Don't miss out as the Jr. Blues continue to try to begin a long winning streak.

Welcome to the Unofficial Blog of the Springfield Jr. Blues
Hello and welcome aboard ladies and gentleman. My name is Tyler Cobb and I am here to bring you a blog that takes you inside the locker room of the NAHL's Springfield Jr. Blues hockey team.
I am eighteen years young and I am a currently a senior (09!) at Southeast High. My dream is to become a professional broadcaster or sports writer for any major sports professional team, whether it be a team from the NHL, NFL, NBA, or even the MLB--although I wouldn't mind doing the NCAA either (baseball, football, hockey, basketball).
But here in this blog, I will keep you up-to-date with this years team. I will feature game previews, game recaps, my very own analysts, player quotes, and much more. I will have a prediction poll posted for the Jr. Blues upcoming series and I will keep you up with the Jr. Blues top five point-getters through out the entire season as well as the teams monthly schedule posted on the side. Please feel free to leave some comments under an article if you have any questions or send me an e-mail at STLBluesAM10@yahoo.com.
Also, if there are any request about an article you would like to read about, e-mail me what you would like me to write an article on and I will do my best to fulfill your needs. Thanks so much for the support and LET'S GO BLUES!
